Night. Service on the refills was fast and it was worth the
trip.
It is
pretty hard to boiled seafood and drawn butter. Recommended to me by a number of locals and rumored to be an
MJ favorite, the CCB was truly disappointing. I had a
Caesar salad with chicken that consisted of a giant bed of
iceberg lettuce that left so much water in the bottom of the
bowl
that half of the croutons disintegrated before I could eat
them. Oddly, the Caesar salad came with sliced tomatoes (huh?!)
that weren't
even ripe enough to eat. I thought perhaps it was my fault
for ordering a salad at a restaurant with the word "broiler"
in its name but my colleague was equally disappointed with
her salmon calling it, "oversalted and overcooked." |
