it for many reasons. After the long, painful language barrier yielded
a poor translation, I was told they could not deliver because I
had an out of town phone number. A common problem, but usually easy to overcome.
I gave them a local number and they insisted they would call me back with
the total. When this clearly wouldn't work, we had to agree to come pick
up the order. I was rudely told essentially that I'd better be there in 10 minutes,
because the order would be ready then. We were there within 10, then
had to wait a full 50 minutes until our order was actually ready. A trying experience
every step of the way, the food was about the same quality, NOT
worth a tenth of the time and effort. As my coworker points out, though, its
like going to Chinatown and ordering Mexican. |
