If you are a Jocko's or Far Western or Hitching Post fan, don't come here expecting the same dry-rub style cooking. This is lathered sauce dripping down the elbows, heavy on the napkins BBQ grubbin'.

The ribs are tasty but the pulled pork sandwich is a gem. And don't forget a side order of the home-made potato chips. Other treats include the fried-green tomatoes and the Rasberry Lemonade. But it is a BBQ barn and they have all the critters housed from pork to beef to chicken to turkey.

Mo's big thing is their BBQ sauce and it comes in four flavors: The original blend with the run-of-the-mill sauce, not sweet, not sour, not too smokey, just BBQ. Then there's the hot version of the original. That's where the plain stuff ends. Number 3 is the Philthy Phil's, a mustardy soup heavy on vinegar and brown suguar. Last in the line-up is the best, the Sweet Carolina's which is a sweet smokey sauce that the best thing to do is dip the ribs in and suck the meat and sauce right off the bone. (Reportedly Jacko's favorite!).
